PheonixStar sat there with a vole on his paws. He took a bite and thought. 'What is with these ApenGlow cats? Why can't they just leave us alone?' He looked up at the night sky. The stars ahone so bright and he thought it ment that StarClan was on the clans sides. He lokked back at the vole. "Suddanly, I'm not so hungy any more.' he thought. He put the half eat vole back and sat down.

The small medicine cat apprentice padded over to the freshkill pile and saw that her leader looked stressed. "Are you okay?" She asked tentively and sat down next to him. "Aren't you going to eat something?" The tortoiseshell apprentice looked up at PhonixStar, hoping he would tell her he was alright.

He looked up at HerdPaw. "I'm fine. It's just those ApenGlow cats. Why can't we live in peace?" he asked no one in particular. He had always been a lover, not a fighter. "And I already had some vole." he told her.
